This is Peter’s 5th sheep exposure but the first time he is on his own without his brothers backing him up. He shows a little bit of insecurity by returning to check in with me, however he swiftly returns to the sheep on his own. I am super happy with his consistency on the livestock as we went around the field. He even managed to pick up a few sheep on the other side of the fence with his pint-sized pressure!
We were joined by my Mom and my friend Deb for a nice pack walk up on the hill. Cookies were abundant and everyone deserved a few for sure! It was a beautiful day for a lovely visit and some exercise along the way.
The day finished off with a BBQ in the back yard with a few photo opportunities. Gosh these boys are handsome!
