We celebrated Canada Day with a little hike down to the Sheep River which runs through Okotoks. It was Tony & Shazam’s first run around in a river and they both did really well. It was refreshing and safely shallow enough for the boys to get wet and have fun and build some confidence in the water without any risk of being swept away. Just to be safe though, I kept a flexi-leash (aka Satan’s Yarn) for just a little extra safety.
