“Peter Parker” Reel Amazing Spider-Man NTD NTD-M
Happy Birthday Peter!! Peter is loving family life! They have moved ranches though they are still in central Alberta but sadly it means that Peter isn’t seeing livestock work at the moment due to ranch regulations. He is getting lots of family time and has turned out to be a great fly-fishing buddy as he chases the fish in the river! Unfortunately they lost their older herding dog Kinkz last fall however Peter still has a best friend in “big brother” Buzz and they are two peas in a pod! Kris reports that while they wish he’d have more opportunity to use his talents in herding, they are optimistic that this will change in the future so they are planning more training. He is smart, loyal and very punctual with morning wake-up time! He is loved dearly by Jeremy, Kris and Skye.

“Shazam” MBBPIG Can CH Reel Shazam! RN NTD NTD-M
Happy Birthday Shazam-zam!. That raspberry Shazam gave us below at almost 2 months old has continued into adulthood, but we love him for it. He has grown into an easy-keeper, getting along with all friends new and old, two-legged and four-legged alike. His year was a big one as he skyrocketed to his Canadian Grand Championship at 14½ months old in May and though he did not show again still managed to be #5 Conformation ACD in Canada by the end of 2024! He finished both hisCKC Scent Detection Novice and Open titles in one weekend, often being the sole qualifier in his components. We have been playing with goats to learn herding basics and showing that the aptitude he showed as a baby puppy on sheep was not an anomaly! Oh how I love this handsome, intelligent, pain-in-the-butt more each day!
